Building a custom home is one of the most significant investments you will make, and we will walk with you every step of the way. We are unique in that both Eric and Carolyn are an integral part of the process from beginning to end.
We personally collaborate closely with you and your architect to design a home that reflects your vision— every room, hallway, closet and area that is important to you will be carefully considered and curated. We are present for every design meeting and review and comment on every draft of your plans as they are developed.
It is this hands on approach that makes us stand out. With an in-house design team, there is no need to hire an independent interior designer unless you choose to.
Selections & Execution
Custom home choices can feel overwhelming, but it is the details make all the difference. Your dedicated team will guide you through every finish selection — ensuring each choice reflects your personal style and vision. Once construction begins, you will have full visibility through our online software portal, featuring a weekly client update with photos and details from the week so you feel connected and informed throughout the build.
Your Project Manager and Design Manager will oversee all activity across vendors, engineers, designers, and inspectors, while your Accounting Manager tracks every financial detail and delivers clear monthly reports — the synergy of your team, technology, and process makes for a seamless project.
Completion & Closeout
As construction wraps up, Eric and Carolyn along with your Project Manager will do a detailed walkthrough with you of your beautiful new home to be sure that everything is executed to the highest standard, and provide you with a comprehensive and beautiful binder that includes every single selection in your new home. It is a lasting reference for you for years to come.
